Hi, my name is Suzanne and I just bought a 2008 DC prerunner V6 Sr5. It's 2WD and 6 lug. I have always wanted a taco and now I have one.. but.. I don't know much about mods or what I can and cant do with my truck. I do know how to change the oil and tires, as I was a supervisor at Sams club's tire shop for a long ass time!! So Im not scared to get dirty!!

I want to lift it 6" but Im not sure if that's possible, or better yet, silly, to do on a 2WD. Also its white.. I want to debadge it and paint them red. Also would like to paint some things in the interior part red.. like the gear shifter and air vents. Can anyone help me out and give me some pointers on any kind of mods I can do inside and out? I would really appreciate it, as this is my first time and I'm willing to learn!!!

    Thank you!!!

No, im very much a female!! I have done alot of searching put some of as for the lift.. Im still not sure if a 6 in is appropriate or should I go with a 3 in since its only 2WD. And about how much does a lift run.. do I have to do an ultimate lift or spacers?? so confused.. Also has anyone every painted the arm rest? Im wondering what I can use for that material..

Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...
u can go 6"...it's all in what you want. easier on 2WD since you dont have to cut the crossmember. make sure to check the mods&tutorials section above for mod ideas and the correct way to change the oil. many "men":D on this site have drained the tranny instead of the oil pan, so be careful w/ that.

oh...and he asked mail b/c on ur profile it says male....might wanna change it to avoid further questions...lol

Ha! I saw that after the fact.. oops.. change made! Yes, I know many "men" say they can change the oil and it only took me one time of letting a guy change my oil for me to learn how to do it the right way and myself! :D
