anyone know how this comes out so i dont break it? theres 2 on top, and 2 underneath the bumper. i got a light duty hitch that mounts to the existing holes in that part of the bumper, and i have to remove the plastic shroud piece so that i can install the couple washers. i really dont feel like breaking stuff haha

The center pops up. They do stick though, so they just might break on the way out.

Those things break all the time... you should expect to buy some eventually. Poor design for clips.

I pry with a flat head. Wedge the flat head just under it and start to twist so the screwdriver's flat head goes sideways. That should pop it out. If its still stuck, wiggle it a little and it should pop out.
