Hey guys! I want some All Terrain tires for my 5 lug but I need some help finding the right ones. Some white lettering wouldn’t be bad either. Please let me know what I can do? I am currently running 235/60R16 wit Micky Thompson’s 3 Classics 16x8.

I run 15s, so sizing is different. You can keep your same 235/60/16 tire size and go with the usual A/T brands like BFG A/T, Nitto, Cooper, Etc. or remove the black box in the front fenders and go up a size. Another option is the leveling kits available for these trucks and go up even larger. I run 235/75/15 Hankook M/T with 15x7 with a fat bob's garage leveling kit and I can easily go up to 31's after the black box mod. Be forewarned the bigger the tires you run, the more of a slug your 5 lug will be due to gearing issues. I've ran a lot of tires on multiple vehicles and have always had good luck with the BFG's, but they are expensive. Good luck!

You can likely go as tall as 235/75R16 without a 2.75"/1.5" Level/lift kit installed. That's a 29.9" tire. You're 235/60R16's measure in at 27.1". OEM stock tires of 215/70R15 ran in at 26.9". You will need a fender-well box delete, which is simple.

This is my truck, several years ago. 16x7's, 225/75R16's, no level/lift kit or fender-well box delete at this time.

Edit - I would suggest going to a level/lift kit and quality shock replacements, which should enable you 245/75R16 at 30.5", albeit at a final-drive gearing cost.

18" tires and rims, 2.75" Procomp lift, Fox shocks in rear.
What's the magic behind 33" tires? I see it everywhere on TW. Is it because that's the largest tire size you can go with a 3" lift?

Its more like 3" lift and 1" BL and possible trimming. Totally worth it though
