Need some feedback from you guys on how much I should ask for my truck.

It's a 2013 quad cab 4x4 TRD Sport with 10,000 miles. Has a 6" BDS lift with 35" Nitto Trail Grapplers on 18" XD Addict wheels. Also has an AEM intake and Aero Turbine 2525 muffler.

Truck is in pretty flawless condition and it's a mall crawler, so hasn't taken any beatings off road anything. :)

I was looking at used Taco prices and they're absolutely insane. $34k for a 2013 with 18,000 miles so I have no clue what to ask for mine.

Any help you guys provide would be greatly appreciated!

Not much more than what a stock one books for. Mods just don't bring money, unless you happen to find that one buyer who wants exactly what you have.

If I were in the used Tacoma market, I would give you about $5k less than what a new one sells for. But I look for stock, unmodified used vehicles (like most buyers). That may not help you much.

Nice truck. I'd just get online and peruse what similar rigs are going for. Maybe add them up and take an average price. Give yourself about a $1500.00 wiggle room price so you can give it the old 'your killing me here' but ok, you got a deal. You'll probably have no problem getting decent $$$ for that rig.

I just bought a 2015 for 30k + fees. Yours is a very nice truck as we can all see. For me I would only buy stock for that amount of coin. I'm sure there is no problems with it, but that's what makes people buy new, they just don't want to take the chance when you get in to that amount of money. Good luck.

Put it on autotrader for the price you want. I sold mine for over book so yes it can be done. I personally would list it for 34.5 or 35.

    nothing cool
My dad bought a 2012 TRD Off Road DCSB with 15k miles on it for $28,000. And since new ones are around $32-33k you're probably good with asking $29,000. Of course if someone wants your exact truck with the 6 in lift you could possible get more $$. There's a "What did you pay for your Used Tacoma" thread here also you could check out to give you and idea.

Forget about the mods, just look at book value.
People get butt hurt because they think all those mods will get them more if they sell it.
As someone else said, take off all the mods and sell those separate from the truck.

This is why I will not do many mods on mine.

To all the guys saying "mods don't increase the value", technically you're correct.

However, I've sold a number of tastefully modded vehicles over the years to buyers who were looking for a vehicle with the exact mods I had, and sold those vehicles for a little more than they would have sold for had they been stock. You shouldn't expect to get more money for your mods, but it is possible.

Also, returning the truck back to stock isn't an option. 6" lifts require the front cross member be cut! :p
