Need help! Orlando!

Does anyone in Orlando know how to do the "Alternate Side markers/turn signals" mod? I've read the write up and I just don't get it. Could someone meet up and help me?

Or can someone simply explain it better?

 

easy explanation #1: you have to cut a bigger hole in the back of the housing to add a different socket (1157 usually) to get the dual function. Then have to tap the wires to the run and turn signal wires.

easy explanation #2: you have to drill a second hole in the back of the housing to put another socket/bulb in to get the dual function. then have to tap the wires for the second socket to the turn signal wires.
