Need Help picking what M/T tire to go with?

Those tires look so awesome!

 

At work (auto repair) I see and install a lot of different tires and Toyos are some of the best tires on the market. I wouldn't necessarily say they're the best bang for the buck (because they are expensive) but if you've got the money I would get the Toyo M/Ts or even the Nitto Trail Grapplers. FYI: Nitto is a subdivision of Toyo so you know they're good stuff as well.

 

So far toyo and bfg's are sounding good. I have the coopers now... and they kind of suck for the life period.

 

Cooper STTs, Toyo MTs, BFG KM2's, Nitto Trail Grapplers

 

I don't think I am going to buy the Cooper STT's again, I like the Nitto's trail grapplers, and the toyo mt.. the bfg's are nice too.

 

I am also on the hunt for m/t and was looking at the kumho kl7. Any thoughts?

 

I heard the Sidewalls are weak on the Kumho's. So what tire will last longer and do the job for me, Toyo M/T's or the BFG KM2's? I use them all year round, in snow, and mud, and pavement...

 

I run 285/70/17 Hankook Dynapro MT RT03. On my FJC. So far wear is pretty good. 14,000 miles on them.Very quiet on road.

 

Toyo MT's do better in the snow/ice IMO and wear like iron.

 

So everyone thinks that the toyo's are the way to go for tires?
