you drilled your heater core............That's gonna cost a lot and hopefully you hit a line instead of the core thats cheap! OMG! Don't use the heater and may have to clamp outside at firewall to stop from spraying into the cab at high pressure HOT temps.

 

I dont know. it depends on how much time it takes to remove and install a new one. let me see hang on

w/AC ................Labor Time (6.2) hours and a mechanical skill level of 4.5 on the difficulty chart!
Looking at your carnage it looks like you were pushing pretty hard when the drill finally went in. The chuck bottomed out on the cover there.
If you hit one of the lines you could use aluma weld rods if its aluminum but either way you have like 2 hours of disassembly to even see what you have done.

I saw your other post that sucks man. But go read my response it's not good news.

 

If it was my truck, I reckon you have several months before you have to address it seriously. Bypassing it is my old trick when the heat is not needed, not sure where you live.
