lets see............you will need the main eye bolts, and the new springs should already come with new bushings.........................and if your shackles are still in good shape.................all you should need is the main eye bolts and new nuts. and if i were you.....do as i did and put some anti-seize on the bolts so they dont rust. i dont have any pics of my suspension swap..........................but it was messy as hell. caught the frame on fire right by the gas tank.......................knew it was gonna happen to, so i had a hose nearby.

unless you wanna order online........................get them from the local toyota dealership, or try autozone or pepboys. and no..........not just any bolt will work. if you wanna order online.......................get them here..... great prices for shackles and main eye bolts, and customer service is awesome too. only thing is..............they are closed on friday.

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
I would try something like this (ball forks) before you cut something.

If its stuck, the bushing is shot. Torch the sumbitch off.

I just did mine on my 98 2 months ago, i had the same problem, what i did was take the whole leafspring off with the shackle still on it,lube the hell out of it with wd40 or whatever you've got, heat the hell out of the shackle right at the bushing, eventually the rubber will burn, melt away, step on the shackle while it's flat on the ground push the spring down so that it spins on the shackle and you can slide the shackle right off, that's how mine came off but then i had the metal sleeve still frozen on the shackle bolt so i torched the hell out of that and spun it with some channel lock pumps while heating it,it'll get red and smoke but as long as your patience doesn't run out you can get it done,i'm in RI and mine's been through 10 winters and i reused every original part,it's is easier and quicker to buy new parts but if you don't want to spend money it is possible.

I just replaced my leaf springs on my 96 tacoma last weekend. I used a air hammer and put the chisel in between the shackle and the spring it self. it should come right off. if not a little heat and beat. good luck man!
