NEED HELP REPLACING AXLE

    I am replacing my front right axle and I cannot get it to lock back into the diff. Any suggestions? Thanks!

    Poweraid TB spacer, a bunch a cool stickers, a bada ass MetalMiller Tx Longhorns grill emblem painted Hemi Orange, JBA 2035s headers and dey are perty, Diff breather mod, Red LED interior lights, Fancy head unit that plays ipod n movies, Also DIY install factory stuff like, factory cruise control, factory intermittent wipers, OME nitro struts with 886x springs and toy tec top plate, LR UCA's for better alignmnet and dey beefier too, Old Man Emu Dakar leaf springs in da rear with the gear, U bolt flipper, 5 factory 16" steels wit Pep Boys special Dakota Definity MT's in 285/75/16, some bad ass weather tech floor liners so I don't muck up my interior, an ATO shackle flipper for mo travel in da rear wit the gear, also super shiny Fox 2.0 shocks back there too, all sorts of steal armor for bouncing off of the rocks like demello sliders, AP front skid, trans skid, n transfer skid, demello gas tank skid, and a tough as nails ARB bumper with warn 8k winch, I'm sure there's more but it's alre
    Pull it out, adjust the little c ring on the end that is being a lil bitch, to where the open end of it is facing down, then re install. It probably won't slide in like butter, but with a little extra umph, it will snap in. What helped me with this when I did it, I had an extra person helping, a block of wood, and an oversized hammer. Had the extra person hold the axle strait and in place, placed the block of wood over the threaded part of the shaft so I wouldn't damage it, and gave it a few good hits with the hammer. After 3 hits, the c ring slid past the splines and I shoved the shaft the rest of the way in.

    just out of curiosity, what happened to make you need a replacement? im starting to wonder if i need to carry one or two around full time lol.

    90k miles, some wheeling, no hopping. factory axles

    I got it! The reason was I'm an idiot. I had the sway bar out for a while and when I put it back in on of the nuts on the connector came off ( how I have no clue) and punctured the boot.

    Needless to say it is out now...
