Need help sourcing new vac lines for my base model

Hi-
My 2000 base model truck recently gave me a check engine light - P0402 - relating to excessive EGR flow. I suspect it may be a vacuum leak (24 year old truck with original rubber, do the math)
I haven't don't a smoke test or anything of the sort, that will be my next step.
However, I've been having trouble sourcing replacement vacuum lines if I end up needing to replace them.
Any input on where to find some would be appreciated.
Also, if anyone has some input on my problem, that would also be greatly appreciated.
