Need Help. Speedometer, power windows, heater stopped working.

2000 Toyota Tacoma SR5

How’s it going everyone, I’m having issues with my speedometer & RPM gauges, they stopped working. Along with my heater & power windows. There’s also a constant clicking noise that seems to go away when I accelerate but comes back once I let off the pedal. I checked the fuse & it was fine. If anyone can lead me in the right direction I’d very much appreciate it. TIA
