My sound system randomly decreases in volume and will completely not play any music from any source (radio, Bluetooth, etc). It won't even make the beep noises when the screen is touched. Any help on how to fix this will be appreciated.

Make sure all your connections into the back of the stereo are tight and make sure your fuse isn't loose also. I'm not an A/V guy but that's where I'd start.

    Easy
    You need another radio..
Get to the dealer and tell them what's going on.
In all honesty they should just order you another.
    Failure rate is high.
I've put two in my truck with 10,000 miles on it.
Myself I never question a radio complaint along these lines.
If they need to see it happen, just record it.
It's internal, nothing for you to do.
