    Not 100% sure how it works, but typically i can vote from my wifes iphone at home (3G), then if we go somewhere, IE dinner, i can go in again and vote again, but i also clear her cookies everytime i vote, this might help, but i have other ways of getting my votes up which i will share after the contest, nothing illegal, just more help.
