I'm looking to swap out the interior floor carpet from my double cab and I was looking for some d.i.y guide or video. I tried searching and I couldn't find any on YouTube of here. Can anyone share one and also let me know what to look out for when doing this? I will be on a time constraint to get it done and don't want to run into any mishaps. How long does this usually take as well? I've removed my center console, front and rear seats before so I'm familiar with that process.

    Thanks in advance.

Not sure of any tutorials out there but it's relatively simple. Since you have knowledge on removing front seats and console that's good considering that's the majority of what needs to be removed. Otherwise, the door sill plastic covers need to be removed as well as the kickplates on the driver and passenger foot wells. Those door sills hide a piece where the carpet latches onto the cab so that will need to be undone. Then the rear seats and underseat storage need to be removed. IIRC, some of the rear seat belt bolts need to be removed and in my case those were a b*tch to remove.

If you are replacing the carpet, you might as well go with the all weather flooring along with installing sound deadening tiles to the floor and back wall.

Got it done! Took my time and made sure to not scratch or damage anything as the interior plastic is prone to it.

    Thanks to those who helped.
