You can buy a parts kit online that has a lot of the little parts. i'll see if I can find the link for you.

Jesus Mary mother of Christ. Why you no ask me first chinaman?!?!?!?!

The first gen s/c is quite a bit different from the second gen, but from the best I can make out from the shitty pictures, the intake part of the supercharger is detached from the actual supercharger itself. The first gen s/c is a two piece instead of the second gen 1 piece .

The part where you said "what the hell goes here" is for the EGR port. If you don't have EGR, you either need the blockoff plate, or the 7th injector to plug that hole.

You are missing the entire pulley idler rollers setup (there's two rollers that are connected to a stablizing plate that also connects to the black cylinder looking part next to the nose pulley).

I *might* have the throttle cable brackets that fit your truck (assuming you don't have a DBW throttle body).

This might help make a visual for you:

I hope this was close to free.

    Also parts you will need:

    Belt: PTR30-35040
    IAC Check Valve: PTR26-35042
    Throttle body gasket: PTR29-60030
Recomend getting new intake plenum gasket (don't have the part # off hand).
DENSO Iridium IK20 spark plugs (x6) if you don't have 7th injector kit.
DENSO Iridium IK22 Spark Plugs (x6) if you do have 7th injector kit

I'm not sure, but you might be able to use the dynamic tensioner/idler used in the second gen s/c with the first gen. I'd suggest some research. If so the part # for the dynamic tensioner kit is PTR29-60032

i was going to but i forgot :p it'd be awesome to get the TB cable bracket, i think i might be able to use the second gen dynamic tensioner, it cost me a month of paycheck.
