need help with a Transfer Case Shift Motor

    2007 Double Cab TRD Off-Road
    I think this is the motor that mounts on the back of the transfer case that has the rod that slides back and forth inside the transfer case and engages it into four wheel drive. I think mine is busted and toyota says it's over $900 for this thing. anybody have any experience with these?

    guy in the shop called it a 2-4 shift motor
