I just recently bought my first tacoma. Its a 1996 3.4L 4wd with 4:10 gears. Im not sure what the cab is considered but its a 2 door with a small bench seat in the back. Im lookin to put a 3" suspension lift on both the front and rear but im new to puttin lifts on and im not sure which to get. I want one that wont decrese ride quality, durable off road, isn't too expensive and has everything i need. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

No mud flaps, plasti dipped emblems, and rear bumper, Weather tech digital fit, Bed mat from tractor supply. Pioneer 4400BH head unit. B.A.M.F bed rail tie downs. AVS vent visors.
welcome! you would have an extended cab or access cab. same thing pretty much just 2 ways of saying it. and from what you say i’d stay away from body lifts and spacers. both are pretty “cheap” but don’t do very good off road. spacers are ok i think, some on here will disagree..

    maybe look up bilstein 5100’s

Been reading on this forum for years now and learned a hella lot about suspension, there are alot of options out there and it can get confusing in a hurry but sounds like you want to keep it simple. the ome lifts are real popular on this site and are quality products. Sounds like it would be perfect for what your wanting. o yeah welcome to Tw :wave:http://toyteclifts.3dcartstores.com/Old-Man-Emu-Tacoma-suspension_p_225.html

Just wanted to ad stay away from coil spacer lifts they make your front ride very stiff, tho ome will have better performance on & off road, you get what you pay for

for the second one you posted, will using my original shocks and struts cause any problems or wear them out any? and for the options between 881 or 883 coils, im planning on putting a brush guard and winch on the front so should I get the 883 coils? and its a 6 lug.

@ countryboylife, please define "too expensive" cause you might as well do it right the way you want it from the getgo rather than wishin you had done something different later, even if you have to wait a little longer to get up the funds. just my .02 :)
