i got my Costco card last night, and i've been on the website for over half an hour.

i thought you would be able to get the MSRP, invoice, etc.... (many people here are saying that in SoCal, they are paying about $500 above invoice with no b.s., etc.)

i keep going around in circles and finding very little information. i thought that eventally i'd get a price and be prompted for a dealer to call me.

does anybody know the exact location on the website to start?

    i feel like an idiot!

I tried Costco 1st, and the dealer quoted me at invoice. However after researching and found out what they were telling me what invoice was, was infact $500 above invoice. Then when you see the dealer holdout.......thats another one.

This was the most helpful site I used while shopping:

    www.truecar.com

I ended up paying $900 below the Costco no haggle price, and from my calculations the dealership made $450 off my purchase. I was ok with what they made after the 2 weeks of negotiating.

Oh and they don't tell you how much it is on the Costco site......you have to schdule an appoitment wth the dealership to find that out.

I FINALLY got to the part where you put in your member number.

    i see my mistake.

after the link above i selected 2010, tacoma, etc.

but i ALSO selected body type in the second way to search and got 1,000 results.

    thanks.

but it's showing MSRP base of $26,750, i would think the 4x4 off road would be much higher MSRP.

must i go only to the dealer that came up most local to my home?

Yes, you have to go to the dealer to get the price from them.

How are you seeing the packages on the costco site? From what I remember those numbers are no where close to real msrp the dealer shows.

Look at my post above, and run a report for the truck you want with all accessories you want so you know the true values.......

I still wouldn't pay the Costco price on the truck. It is significantly more than what I paid with some negotiations.

That car is awesome. I've contemplated getting a little kit car like this for awhile now! I always see completed ones for sale for a good price.
