I have a jacked up face plate on my factory non JBL CD changer (08), and have found out that you cannot get this face plate. I have had 2 different dealerships verify this. I'm not sure if someone tried to steal it at one time, or what the hell happened. It is ugly though. I would rather not change out the whole head unit if I don't have to. Does anyone know of any other options? I don't want to just leave it alone, as it really annoys me. Ideas?

Not going to be much help here, but that looks EXACTLY like my faceplate on my '10. I find it hard to believe you can't get it.

Factory HU's like this aren't hard to find here. Folks replace them with something else, and sell them. They're not usually all that much either .. .

Pop out the a/c controls and take out the 2 bolts that hold the bottom of the radio faceplate. More than likely, someone tried to pull your radio without doing this.:)
