Need help with fog light install

2007 Toyota Tacoma ext cab 4wd V6

3"rough country lift, Bilstein struts, xd wheels, K&N intake.

My 07 Tacoma base model is pre-wired for fog lights but when I hooked them up I get nothing. I've installed the relays and fuses and still nothing. The truck does not have a towing package.
