Depends on your budget but I’d say the bilstein 6112 (maybe it’s 6110 can’t remember) and 3 leaf aal with bilstein 5100 for rear. I do not believe in blocks and spacers to achieve lift. I appreciate and respect that everyone has a limit on what they can spend but I’d just save up a little longer.
Edit- just remember anything beyond 2.5-2.75” of lift will prolly require an UVALDO to get proper alignment. You’re just talking leveling do you should be ok

I also have been trying to make a decision on a leveling kit. For me it came down to either the RC 2" spacer, 5100's @ 1.75, or 1500's @ stock and OME springs. As far as my truck is concerned it will probably never see any off roading so a big nice expensive suspension set up is not what I need. Im wanting to keep a more stock look just bring the front up level and add a more aggressive tire. Even though most people on this forum are against a spacer im going to go against the grain and hopefully get mine installed today or Monday morning. I will send post some pictures when I get it done.
What will you be using your truck for?

I did 5100s all around with fronts set at zero with 883s. I’m almost perfectly level and the ride is much better.

Do you happen to have measurements from hub center to fender? I’m looking at 883 and 5100’s.

Longer heavier coils and new struts. There are several options. Depending on budget. I tried a few, latest setup is Dobinsons GS59-220T struts. Guys at Dobinsons are really helpful and know their stuff! Depending on your rig and weight can advise on coils. Looking at $600-$700 for parts. Not bad. For the rear, depending on budget, Deaver AAL, or Dakar leafs.

What you do not want to do is spacers or Bilstein's! You will spend the money, then spend the money to replace them. I installed spacers to be cheap. Tossed them, installed 5100's tossed them. Then moved to struts and custom coils. Ironman worked really well for several years, then blew a strut, Dobinsons so far so good!

5100’s are some of the most common shocks you will find on these trucks with most having zero issues.

I’m Right at 21 3/4” for front and back drivers side. 22 1/4” front and back for passenger side. And that’s with the 1/4” spacer on drivers side.

I went with the RC 2" spacer and got it installed yesterday. Accomplished the look I was going for. Now to just decide on what tires will be good without killing my MPG.

Looks good and you ultimately achieved the look you wanted. If you are keeping the stock wheels and don’t want to hurt your mpg too much then definitely don’t go any bigger than 265 70 17 and stick with P series or load range C. Hankook makes a rather inexpensive AT that is not too aggressive but has more meat than any HT tire out there. You’ll pay about $15 more a tire for 17” than the equivalent size in a 16”. Obviously this is still cheaper than buying new wheels.

Thanks, I appreciate it! Yes Im going to keep my stock wheels or may eventually upgrade to 3rd gen wheel. I was thinking either the 265/70-17 or maybe a 255. Whats your opinion on those? I may could go taller with a skinny tire and not mess with my MPG...From what I've read anyway.

Anything that’s s bigger diameter than stock is going to have an affect on your mileage- unless you regear. Honestly not sure what’s available in a 255 that’s basically equal to a 32” tire. I know the guys who have 16” wheels run a 255 85 16 so you would have to find a 255 80 17. I just don’t know if that’s around or not. Just don’t go with something that’s going to be too heavy as that will mess with mileage too. Thus far I’m not a fan of any of the 3rd gen wheels. They look ok on 3rd gens but hate them on 2nd gens. Just look out of place to me and if you wanted something different I’d go aftermarket or try plastidip just for fun since it can be removed.

Yeah I like my TRD Sport 17's. Il probably just keep them and go with a 265 70 in a AT. I had even thought about the 20" 4runner wheels but I cant decide if I like that look.

My preference is to have more sidewall so I decided to stay with 16”. To me, anything 18” and beyond only belongs on a sports car or street truck. 17” for mixed street and dirt use is a good choice in my opinion.

For couple hundred more you can get a really good spring lift. They achieve lift with longer springs and struts instead of raising the spring mount. If you reuse your old rear shocks prob get for about the same price. I can ask them if you want. I use those shocks just stiffer springs.
