Hey guys, I’m looking to purchase a set of Method Roost wheels with the specs being 17x8.5 for the size, 6x5.5 for the bolt pattern, and 0/4.75” for the spacing. I will also be ordering a set of Cooper Discoverer STT Pro tires at the same time in a 265/70r17 size. So my question is will I experience any rubbing with this wheel and tire combo on a stock sport suspension? Thanks in advance guys.

Those are some meaty ass tires...I think you'd be ok since that size tire is pretty close to stock..I have a 2011 sport...Stock 17's with 285/70/17 cooper STT PRO. Before I stuffed all that rubber in to my wheel wells I went ahead and changed out my struts for Bilstein 5100's (easy easy DIY job) which saved me from all kinds of rubbing. I also bought spidertrax 1.25" adapter/spacers. Without the spacer my tires would have been making sweet love with my UCA'S. Trimmed a small amount of splash guard but at full lock in reverse I'm still rubbing a bit on my front fender. If you're worried about it...Throw some struts or even a leveling kit on there first and you'd definitely be in the clear. You have nothing to worry about as far as the rear goes.

I'm not sure how the measurements compared to the factory off road wheels are. Besides 16" vs 17".

    I have 265 75 16 Cooper STT Pro's on my factory wheels.
In my case I don't have any problems with these tires.
    LOVE the STT Pro's

Is the white lettering on the outside optional? Just curious if you can do the white facing in and black facing out. Might pick these up in the future.

Yep, some tires are directional or won’t give you the option to flip it around. Just wanted to check.
