Need help with noise

Bilstien 5100 at 1.75, WeatherTech Floormats, AVS vent visors

Noise coming from the pulleys of belt. There is no noise when the truck is idling in park, but when I put the truck in reverse I'm getting a rattle noise coming from the belt pulley area. Anyone have any idea what this may be?
