Well she bolts up and clears the caliper, just got to clean them up and mount the tires

 

Still deciding whether to paint the same color as the tailgate decals

 

Any chance you got a part number, and will these work.

 

Further research shows that the rim might be around a 2007 Toyota 4 runner any body go a pic of the lugs for that year?

 

I believe they were called Gulf Coast or Gulf State wheels.
Came on early second gen tacomas in the Gulf area.
I had them on my 06

Here’s the part number on the center cap, I know it says it’s for a Tundra but I can confirm that it fits just fine.
