R.R brake will be locked up in morning when I back out of garage. Will pull forward and backwards a few times and it's still locked up. Will start to drive for a few hundred feet and brake will release and be fine until I park for a while. Then it starts all over again.

Is this with the ebrake engaged, then not releasing?

Or are you speaking of the hydraulic side of things?

Have you disassembled, inspected, cleaned, lubed yet?

Does not matter if e-brake is used or not. Still have same symptoms either way. Thinking it's something electrical connected to hydraulics like a solenoid or something. Had both rear drums off to inspect brake shoes, springs and adjustors and all looked good.

No. Nothing out of the ordinary. No off roading or modifications.

My '06 did that, it was failed e brake cables. Happened to me at 125,000 miles. Put a hurtin on my brand new brake drums that are over $100 each.

Just finished replacing both e brake cables, brake shoes and spring hardware. I hope that takes care of the problem. Should know in a couple days. Thanks to everyone for the replies. Becoming a member of tacoma world was one of the smartest things I have ever done.
