I've got the OEM black ones. Gives you a nice wide spot to place your foot, provides door ding protection and cleans up real nice after each wash. Maybe consider these?

I'm beginning to realize just how poverty stricken I am these days when I read about so many people spending over 30 grand on a Tacoma and within a few days or weeks not knowing whether they like them or not. I have never had the luxury of losing money just because I didn't like something I bought. This ain't like buying a lawnmower. Too many people don't seem to go to the trouble to test drive a truck before they throw down their hard earned cash and then get on the forum and expect alot of sympathy. Well they ain't gonna get it from me. Stop worrying about getting steps and get something you can get in and out of! I'm 6 feet and weigh 255 and I don't even use the predators that are on my truck and I don't have any problem getting in or out. Everybody else that build trucks has a forum maybe you should try one of them to see you there's anything out there to suit you. Good Luck!

I just bought a used 2006 DCSB with some westin boards, they are just too darn high. I use it and it's a sit down in a hole thing when I get in. They would be perfect for cleaning the room but dang. I need something that is about 4-5 inches lower. I'll have to look at those predators.
