My 2015 Tacoma leaf springs look just like yours (in your photo). I thought this was normal. Is it not?

Looking to upgrade rear suspension for heavy loads
    djangofan,

From what I understand, the standard leaf springs on a truck are only rated to hold a certain amount of weight, and if you are routinely carrying heavy loads like I am doing, this can affect the wear on the leaf springs. I had noticed that going over small bumps that my backend sweated more than normal which prompted me to check the rear suspension. Also, my right end was a little lower than my drivers side.

I’m getting heavy-duty leaf springs installed that are designed to increase handling under constant heavy loads, hauling and towing capacity.

I'll third the Icon RXT set. Got my set at Wheeler's Offroad, and their customer service was super helpful when one of the leafs arrived missing the stage 2 add-on leaf.

Ok, I just picked up my Tacoma at Off-Road Warehouse in San Diego. They installed the Icon RXT Leaf Set (level 3), new rear Icon Shocks, and I even had them add on Blistein 5100 leveling shocks to level out the front a little. Super happy with the turnout. I thought about also upgrading the front springs since they already removed the front shocks, but couldn't justify the additional cost of it right now. Eventually, I want to add a simple front bumper/winch combo which may need the heavier duty springs but I will tackle that when the time comes later down the road.

Wow, that was quick turnaround. Lucked out they had stuff in stock it looks like. Depending on which perch you have the 5100s on, you might be able to add a notch to help add preload for a heavier bumper down the line. But honestly, if you need to do that, you could just have heavier springs put on at the same time.
