need help with sunwoofer selection...

    hi,

    i'm about to purchase either a single pioneer TS-SW2501S4 10" shallow sub with a mr. marv box

    or....

    a ********* box with a single image dynamics ID10V3 10" sub woofer


    i listen to all kinds of music but mostly hip-hop and R&B. i will be running the sub with a alpine pdx-5 so there should be about 300watts going to the sub.


    I'm just not sure what would be better for my needs. I've changed my mind so many times already in regards to my system. i was going to run two pdx amps but then decided to go with the 5 channel. I had the ********* dual 10" sub box but then sold it. just want to make a deciscion on either of these two subs and boxes and then do the install to my whole system. The sub is the ast piece i need then the system can finally go in!!!!

    IDQ10v3 with the Mr. Marv box. I have this setup, and it's quite nice.

    I am running a MB quarts shallow mount 12" at 2ohms 600 watts. in a 1 cu ft sealed box running behind the seats in my regular cab. Hits hard and sound quality is very very good

    With the mr.marv box he already has the template and everything for that specific pioneer sub. So its either the mr.marv w/ pioneer or *********. I am personally going to go with the marv box, he has a great product although it is a little pricey.
