1996 Toyota Tacoma

I recently took apart and painted a topper for my 1996 Tacoma. While taking out the windows there was this small black tape almost like a sealer tape or gasket that went around the window so it wouldn’t leak. While taking out the windows the tape literally fell apart due to dry rot, age etc. now that I am putting it back together any idea what this is or where I could get it
