Need help with tacomalifestyle web site.

Hi guys I was wondering if anybody had problem after ordering on tacomalifestyle. I order a front grill for my 3rd Gen after a little accident long story short my front grill is boosted. I place my order in november 2021... I order a custom front grill paid over 700$US. I STILL DIDN'T RECEIVE NOTHING. I send a couple of email to know whats going on with my order and the guys ALWAYS answers the same things: I'm checking with the warehouse.. its been 5 months I just want my money back if they can't ship the grill I just don't care anymore!
Is there someone who can help me guys from a desperate costumer.

 

Welcome to the forum. I would definitely kick them to the curb after that long.

 

Just place a dispute on your CC. You'll get your money back and that ALWAYS gets the vendors attention. I've bought a lot of things from that site. They've been a little slow before, but not that slow.

 

I can't talk to anybody It's always the same guy who respond and he sure hell dont give a fuck

 

Should've just ordered directly from DB Customz instead of going through a middle man.

 

Just call your credit card company and get a chargeback.

Please do not call (801) xxx-6019. I have had this number for years and am not affiliated with Overland Depot in any way. I just recently have been bombarded with calls and Voicemails about peoples orders. I cannot help you.
