    my truck has bout 44k now and it sounds like a lifter tapping? toyota says all of them do it? anyone else?

    All the V6's sound like sewing machines they tap so much. The fix above helps but doesn't fix it fully.

    It's more pronounced in some than others. It's just a ticking sound. Mine is hardly audible.
