HI all I just myself a 2010 Tacoma TRD offroad. This is my first truck. I am shopping for Tonneau Cover and my budget is $350. I need something that will fit on factory installed RAIL system and doesnt require removal of any factory items from the bed.

I was looking at Extang Tuff Tonno Tonneau Cover from
    http://www.realtruck.com/extang_tuff_tonno_tonneau_cover/R14482P5594C1T.html

is this what I am looking for? Also I am not really good at working on car/trucks. Any input is appreciated.

I have the Tuff Tonno on my 09, just installed it a couple of months ago. It is perfect for what I need, a light, cheap cover that I don't roll up very often. If you roll/open it up very often then you might want to look for a higher level cover. For 350 or less you are definitely stuck in the soft cover space, just a matter of what you need for features.

I ran a snap-on cover on a Dakota for 7+ years and my only complaint was snapping/unsnapping, but it was cheap and light,,, so the Tuff Tonno's J-hook was just what I wanted.

BTW, I found a place that sold the Tuff Tonno for $220 shipped, which was the $242 price - $20 discount. It was at Truckaddons.com. Only downside was that they initally sent me the wrong cover, then thought they'd sent the proper cover, but it never got off the dock, then sent 2, but they did finally get it right. Price you pay to save $20 I guess.

I just installed the Extang Trifecta. 350$ shipped from Luke 800-958-7576 at truck alterations. I love it...Easy to take on and off...About 2 minutes to put back on and less than that to take it off and one person can do it easily.

Do some searching on the forum (top right in blue bar). There's plenty of info out there already.

I have Advantage torza top. It doesn't affect the rail system at all.

Look at the Extang Trifecta, easer to get in and out of then the roling units. If you look around, you can get it at the same price.
