need help with urd tcai install

    i have the urd tcai and maf just havent installed it yet. I was hoping for some memebers in orange county ca area could help me with the install??

    any help would be great thank you!

    Its not too hard. Hardest part is splicing into the MAF lines and extended them. Everything else is bolt on. Do you have all the necessary tools? I belive you might need to also cut a hole in the front for the intake to get to the front.

    i have most of the tools i was going to do it at my uncles fab shop i was just concerened about cutting and splicing into my ecu

    Biggest recommendation I can make is to ensure that you know how to make a good solder. If not, practice. The MAF sensor readings are very sensitive, and a bad, or questionable, solder will throw off the readings. You may not even throw a code, but the readings will still be off. BTW, experience talking here...

    Only other issue I ran into is while URD gives you a cutting template, the template and instructions are not great at placing that template where it needs to be vertically. I had to modify my cuts a couple of times to get a rub-free fit.
