I looked the part up on parts.toyota.com and that ECU is not for TRD Pro trim- looks like SR5 and Limited (glorified SR5). I think you need to go shopping for TRD Pro ECU.

you have to make sure the new parts are identified as authentic or else it won't work
yea, another major issue. might as well just put the old parts back in and start from step one so you don't have two major issues to deal with.

do you have a copy of the factory service manual?

Here are all the calibration ID's that I read out.

What needs to be done if I want to install a new ECM

Damn, they put original 2016 calibration . Does it even drive?
I think you need to look for 2020 ecu and get the most recent calibration. Then start with the troubleshooting.
Question: is VIN on ECU matching the window's plate? Any signs of altercation on the harnesses?

As far as the calibrations for your year, check this thread https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/ecu-tsb-update.562550/.

You can search part.toyota.com to get a correct p/n for your truck. Email to any US toyota dealers online stores with VIN to get a correct part and shop around.
Some folks here have experience with programming blank ECUs. You have all tools.

Hopefully Russians did not alter wiring to make your truck drivable.

Thank you(@Vlady ), unfortunately only Toyotapartsdeal.com can send parts to Germany. I don't know how to get the ECM calibrated in Germany

Make sure you sort the model year. Based on you health check , it is 2019. Production date September 2019 on the door sticker. Did you manually enter the year in techstream?
Not sure why it is marked as 2020.
My was built in October 2017 and registered as 2017.
Also, the door sticker is missing the axle code information.

I entered the year manually into Techstream and there's a fob on my car key from a dealer that says 2020

I don't know if it's 2019 or 2020, but I think: production date 2019 and first registration 2020 (it's in the vehicle documents)
