Need Help with Wheel Fitment

I've been looking into getting new wheels for my 06 Tacoma and am very interested in the method NV wheels but I want to know they'll fit my truck. I have a 6' pro comp lift I've seen in previous threads that 18' wheels are the lowest you can go with the lift. So I've found Method NV's 18x9 but don't have any knowledge about the backspacing the options are 4.5 backspacing with -12 offset and 5.75 with 18 offset. Please help as I'm looking to purchase soon.
