My wiper has always been like this for as long as I’ve had the truck, it’s just the one wiper like this. Today I tried to use my wipers and they went extremely slow, like very very slow which hasn’t never happened to me before. Is it an issue with the motor for the wiper? Looking for a cheap fix

Take it off the spindle. May not be aligned properly. Does it go up past where it should when it wipes?

The nuts that hold your wiper arms on are loose, adjust the wiper at the resting position where you want it then tighten the nut down on the wiper arm.

This is not a common issue that's brought up that I know of. They definitely sit high on the windshield. They should be tucked down further. Could be the wiper motor or just misaligned.

Wait, did you solve it? Hard to tell. Looks like it from the first picture, but what about the second picture? Or are they posted out of order?

They usually have splines that grip into the soft metal that the arm bolts into. Could be stripped out. What's it look like under the arm where it bolts?

I adjusted it so it was perfect but now it’s back to looking messed up in the 2nd pic, even the other wiper is a little low now

As mentioned above, check the splines and nuts really good, make sure the stud isnt spinning in there. If everything is tight you may have a wiper transmission problem.

hit your mist wipe once to cycle the blades again. Ill get my passenger side to sit high every now and then, one tap of the mist to cycle things once will usually make it to where things go back in place proper.

This is may also be the case.. ive noticed mine will also do this sometimes

The next idea is a little more technical and probably not related, but there is a circuit in the wiper motor called the "park" circuit. In rare cases the park circuit will be damaged or have high resistance and the wipers will not return to their "at rest" position
