I searched and couldn't find anything on this. I just did the bhlm and projectors and hid's from theretrofitsource.com and after I installed everything I tested them at night against the garage door and I clicked the high beams on and the passenger side light stayed stuck. I wanted to know if anyone else had this problem before and know of how to fix it. Any help would be great thanks!

I have this problem sometimes with my driver side. Call TRS, they have some fix's for that but unfortunately you will have to bake them apart again to do it.

Had the same problem. JRod is correct, call TRS.

Sounds like this is becoming a more common problem.

It really does seem to be getting more common. I am doing this exact fix this weekend. Going to probably do a small writeup on it for all those having trouble. They gave 3 or 4 fixes for this problem.

What were your fixes? I tried a lot of troubleshooting but ultimately they sent me a new solenoid and I'll have to tear everything apart, replace the solenoid and put it all back together.

Did the morimoto mini stage 3 ds2 kit on my car about two years ago. Always had a flicker upon start up with the passenger side light. Then last year the controller went out. That was a fun ride home at midnight with only fogs and four ways haha. About 4 months ago the passenger high beam quit working. Then I noticed about 1.5 months ago something. In the projector something must have come loose and moved because the light isn't "projecting" right. Btw I was gonna start a new thread for this but I'll ask hear anyway. With the morimoto mini stage 3 kit work in the Tacoma? I'm thinking about pulling it out of my car and fixing them and putting them in the truck....crap it's a h4/9003 kit. What's the Tacoma use? Thanks. Sorry for thread jack btw.

I'd have to look for what I wrote it on.

It went away the next day for me, I tapped on the light and turned it on and it was back normal. A friend of mine had the same problem and said sometimes the high beams stick
