i have a 2005 Tacoma base model. When I push the throttle the truck spits and sputters will not go over 3 thousand rpm. If I ease into the throttle it does fine. I changed all the spark plugs and wires, coils, upstream and down stream O2 censors, along with the mass air flow sensor. The problem is still there what could this be!

Welcome to TW. As others mention a more specific thread title would help.

Have you tried pulling codes? Even if your check engine light is not on you could have a pending code.

Clogged fuel filter? Bad MAF sensor? Try connecting an OBDII reader and read the injector duty cycles to see how much fuel the ecu is trying to add.

At first I was thinking catalytic converter.

Did it start after changing out wires and plugs OR was that the reason you did the maintenance?

Restricted air flow. Clogged air cleaner?

Ok just reread you post changed items because of sputtering issue.

Go to an Autozone (or similar) and get your codes read. It's free.
