Are you still setting a crank sensor code when it won't start?

You can use needles to backprobe the connector pins to check the circuit.

Air pump won't cause a no start, bad PCM is unlikely, fuel pump possibly but they typically aren't intermittent, fuel pressure regulator would typically cause other driveability problems.

Normal for the throttle motor to make noise key on engine off because it is duty cycle controlled.

Yes the p0335 is still there. I will try the needle trick soon as i can. The fuel pump is new complete unit.

I tried the reset immobilizer again with no luck. I'm starting to wonder if its bad, but I only have one key. Is there a way to know without having a new one made or is this a dealer fee?

Need to properly diagnose the crank sensor code, if the wiring checks out there's really not much more you can do to check the crank sensor without a scope.

If the security light next to the clock is not flashing with the key on it's most likely not an immobilizer issue.

The crankshaft position circuit matched the new sensor 2140 ohms.

Cleaned maf sensor and did a "handshake" to the immobilizer and ecu. Truck started right up and ran great, better than ever actually. I will try it again tonight, after it sits to make sure if its going to start again. I really appreciate everyones help so far. This is my work truck and I run my business out of it..

Truck started and ran good all day yesterday. Went out to crank it this morning and it's back to no start.. Codes listed yesterday are stored codes, the only thing ive done since yesterday is put battery on charge until full.
