    Let me google that for you:
    The "TRAC OFF" light on your dashboard indicates that your vehicle's Traction Control system is turned off. This means the system that helps prevent wheelspin and maintain control, especially on slippery surfaces, is deactivated.

    Is your check engine light on as well? If so then that will cause the Trac Off light to illuminate as well.

    Help is reserved for emergency only … please change your title … like others said above traction control is off … try pushing the button . If that doesn’t work you have an electrical issue with the system . Best of luck .

    Not exactly an easy one diag over the internet (or at home).
    First step would be checking the wiring to the transmission for damage.
    Then unplug the connector and look for corrosion.

    Then the pins on the connector shown below. (the transmission side)

    You really want a Scan tool to see what's happening.
    But a cheap voltage meter works for the basics.
    Going further than the checks below involves dropping the trans pan.
