Need Ideas for tires and wheel set ups

Right now i have 245P/75R 16
i kinda want mainly black rims but if there is alittle chrome on them itll be fine. i just cant find any good deals. im thinking about going up to 17" but with that can i get 275P without breaking the bank

 

I like my 255/85/16 BGF KM2s on 1st Gen TRDs. I got the 1st Gen TRDs for $100 from a local 4x4 forum.

 

i have the stock base rims i guess they look real crappy on my truck and i want to get a little bit of a lift out of it and get that wide tire off road look because yesterday after that little snow fall in nj i was making a turn and the shitty tires that are on it when i got it slid into a curb and just missed smashing the front end on a tree... i had bf goodrich rugged a/t on my 00 ford ranger but they made that loud noise when i drove and i dont want to have to listen to that again
