Need Input for Nerf Bars

So i'm looking for some nerf bars for the truck. Thinking about either the Aries pro 3inch black powercoat for 200 shipped or the new Aries Alumalite (textured black) 4inch for 365 shipped.

What do you guys think? How long does it take for rust to show up? I live in norcal so not much crappy weather here. Just want to know if its worth it to spend almost double for the aluminum ones but at the same time don't want to get the steel ones and have them start showing rust after 5 years

BTW how do i fix these stupid upside down pictures???
they look fine on my comp but always post upside down

are the oem toyota bars 3 or 4 inch? round or oval?
