I've added a topper, recovery gear, and a wooden drawer system to my truck and the rear end is sagging super badly. I have a 2" level on the front so I really just want a leaf pack that can keep the truck level with 300-400 ish pounds on the back. Only 10" of ground clearance at my rear diff right now, ideally that'd be 12-13" ish like the front. I'm wondering what to buy and if I need to do a CB drop or brake line extension.

No amount of rear lift will get your rear diff higher off the ground, only bigger tires can do that. PSA: front diff drops are trash!

I would give Deaver a call and have them sell you a spring pack for your application.

Where are you? If you are around Los Angeles I have a set of rear springs with a helper spring installed. I carried about the same as you and it leveled out the truck from dragging ass. They are free if you pick them up. I replaced them with the Icon RTX springs as I wanted a lift.
