Hello, new in here, my name is Shaun from northern Illinois, have a 2006 Tacoma, and looking for front and rear lockers; does anyone know what the best lockers for 06 Tacoma are?
    Thank you all.

Do some research on this forum (upper blue bar) and on www.google.com

There are lots & lots of different lockers out there and they're all different.

They vary in cost and vary in complexity as well as street manners.

What exactly are you looking for? How much do you want to spend?

I recommend the ARB lockers. I had my 3rd taken down to yotamasters in corona, CA and they did an excllent job. You can also contact East Coast Gear supply. They do excellent work as well. As far as the removal and installation of the axles from th truck, you can do it yourself if you are a little mechanically inclined and have some basic tools. But like Oakley said, make sure you have the actual locker install handled by a trained professional.

You truck will do just find on easy offroading.

Do some more research about lockers...like I said before, there's sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo many different types. We can't tell you anything about them unless you give us specifics of what you want.

If your not used to working on vehicles or doing mechanical work - then chances are...No, you shouldn't install it. Have a professional install it.

"easy off roading" and dual lockers do not go together.

You really don't need one, or two lockers to do easy, heck even moderate to hard offroading...
