I have an oem exhaust in my basement if you decide to go used stock.

I would also not recommend the Walker Quiet Flo, had one on my 2003 and it literally rotted out after 1 winter. Not sure how they offer a lifetime warranty on a POS that only lasts a year. The OEM cat backs are good for more like 10 years, but was going to cost me $800 here in Canada. The TRD is more like $12-1300 up here. If you plan on keeping your truck for a long time, OEM is the way to go.

Isn’t the pipe of larger diameter than the stock catback pipe?

Exactly my thinking. My OEM exhaust went 12 years and then the only problem was a big hole in the muffler. The pipes themselves were still solid. The OP has a 2007 so his lasted even longer. I have also used cheap aftermarket stuff before and if you get 3 years out it you're lucky. So a new OEM system is a no-brainer.

I see another poster has a take-off OEM for sale. That might also be a good option if the price is right. But these one piece monsters are $$$ to ship.... and you can pick up a new one at your dealer (buy it online and pick up at dealer) for ~$400 and no shipping cost.

I would just pay a little more for the OEM cat-back setup. You know it's good quality and will fit perfectly and will last a long time.

Very easy. Just a 1/2 brain, 1/4 common sense and a socket wrench (forget what size).

And I'm not even in the Shadetree Mechanic category.

Hardest part was weaving the assembly around the axle, etc.

I did spray the existing bolts with some break-free the night before.

I’d be interested if OP doesn’t want it. Willing to ship?

Another vote for OEM. The TRD is annoyingly loud to me with no real benefit. Order the gasket and new bolts/springs. I cut the old bolts off with angle grinder in 1 min vs messing with rotted hardware. Easy job that way, and OEM price is pretty fair pricd. Good to go for another 11 years.

Just the muffler or the whole exhaust? Either way, I can ship it, thats no problem it just might be pricey to ship a full exhaust. I'll let you know what he says today.
