    Hello,
I ordered new hub and bearing assemblies for my 05 TRD OR DCSB. I ordered from Jersey Built hubs 2 weeks ago but they still haven't been shipped. Does anyone have any other recommendations?

Get your money back while you still can. You’re not going to get your bearings from Jersey Built.

Try contacting @05Taco4x4 for your new assemblies. He's got much better reviews.

doesn't take 2 weeks to package something in a box
    sounds like theft
to put yourself in their shoes, the task at hand is to:
-wrap item in bubble wrap. Place into fitting box
-print shipping label, stick onto box
-drop off to shipper such as UPS, and provide buyer tracking #
^this does not take 2 weeks

if you paid with a card then the timeframe with your bank to call in a dispute/chargeback is probably 30 days,
so it seems you should do that now

I would not call COVID a factor either
considering COVID has been around for a while and has not stopped many people from doing what they do anyway,
whether it be businesses, stores, or people going to the gym

Like others have stated, you need to get a refund from your CC or bank. Jerseybuilt hubs used to sell here on TW until he was banned for what you are experiencing. I was fortunately enough to receive my hubs from him early on when his customer service was acceptable. He is a one man crew that builds the hubs as a side gig but got overwhelmed on the demand. He should've been honest with his customers regarding delay times, simply stop taking new orders, or hire additional help. It's too bad cause his hubs are good quality. If you can get a refund, go with the assemblies that @05Taco4x4 makes as others have recommended.

    Ebay item number 252005397065.
Came on time as promised and worked great.

Finally got my hubs on Saturday. Install went good until I went to replace the dust cap over the axle and the cap won't fit. No amount of finesse has worked. Inner diameter of hub/dust cap surface is smaller than the OEM hub.

Had that same exact issue. Had to set it in with one side in and the top side sticking out, then take a flat metal wedge and a hammer and little by little start bending at lip that won’t fit inwards. Took a few minutes but in the end it slightly popped in and then you can normally start working at setting it in fully.

Another thing that should be noted is that the parts that I ordered from ebay did not come with new rubber seals, at first I was going to reuse the old ones but the friend I was doing the job with had a pair of new ones from a previous job. Almost missed it though, had to take off one of the hubs that we already put in because we didn’t realize that there was a seal on the old one.

I’ve marked in red where the seal should be.

The Jersey Built Hubs came with the o-rings and Timken bearings and seals.
