08 manual 4x4

2008 Tacoma trd sr5 double cab short bed. Has 265 75 r16 now. What are some good options, I am mostly on the highway or back and forth to work. I pull a boat or a pop up camper. Tire for better gas mileage and less sound would be great. Thanks for any info.
