Need opinion on led light bars idea

I had an idea come to me while I was thinking about getting/making a tube prerunner style bumper. Could I buy like amber colored led light bars( like the Rigid series duallys but of course not Rigid as they are mucho$$$$) and tie them into the turn signals system so I can still have turn signals and have spot type light bars? Any input will be appreciated.
