Need opinions on tonneau covers

Toptiny Tri fold

Needs to be weatherproof
Also good quality!

For what it's worth, huge fan of my Access roll-up cover. Happy that it gives full access to the bed. Otherwise, don't know much about the fold ones at the moment. Good luck!

 

Look into Bakflip Mx4 it's a quad fold, hard cover

 

weatherproof-ness really comes down to the install prep and precautions taken. it seems the biggest leaky parts of the beds on these trucks are the front rail, and underneath the upper plastic bed side caps any tonneau mounts onto-- those need to be sealed up between the metal body and the plastic cap.

 

I got a soft tri-fold, wish I had gotten anything else, it flaps and is falling apart. Definitely worth getting a hard one

 

Did the bakflip hard rolling tonneau. It’s good until it gets under freezing temps. Currently have the bakflip hard folding. So far it’s not leaking. Time will tell.

 

I got the Lomax Tri-fold black urethane from @truckalter - GREAT price and Excellent Tonneau. This is my first hard tonneau (always has soft ones before) absolutely no regrets.

Currently have a Bakflip MX4, Could not recommend it more, while its pricey, you can get them 100-200 off here and there and i would recommend it to anyone.

Tyger Tri fold. Great price ($250) easy install and holds up well to the elements.

 

Recently installed the LoMax in Matte Black. The installation was easy and the fit and finish is very good. Had some rain and for the most part the bed seems to be staying dry. No rattles and looks great on the truck.
