I was referred to a paint shop here In Tempe. Turtle Collision off Rio Salado and Mcclintock.
I had my rear bumper color matched by the owner Jeff. He quoted me 100 bucks for prep, primer, paint and clear. amazing work and quality. I recommended them to Nofords to have is grill color matched for 100 bucks as well. He loved the outcome just as I did. We are both returning customers after our experience there. I'm having my grill Colo matched after my crap paint job starting peeling, and also having my lower valence professionally painted as well. No more black spray paint. It will be sanded, primed, painted, and cleared just like everything else he does. Both the grill and lower valence for 180. Nofords is so having front fiberglass fender prepped, painted, and cleared for 300 for the pair.

He's a full paint and body repair shop, accepts Insurance, and does great work. He personally does the work himself and has great turn around time. He says as long as he gets business whether It be us from TW (who he will hook up :)) or referrals from us, he will continue to give us deals :)

Call Turtle Collision in Tempe, talk to Jeff Miller, the owner. Anything you need painted, worked on, etc, hes the man.

Sweet. You guys won't be disappointed. Just give him a call a few days ahead, and let him know the colorcode. Also, just mention my name, or TW.

I asked about some dents on my bedside.. he said he honestly doesn't like the paintless dent repair (which I was thinking of doing) cuz he said it weakens the metal and in time will crease, wrinkle, etc. He woule strip it, and manipulate the metal back into shape, and repaint the entire bedside for about 200.

So that may give you a clue on what the process would be for the hood.

He's also getting me a quote for a clear bra for the entire front end of the truck to prevent more chips, scratches, etc.

He will want to do it right.. that's his big selling point. He doesnt take the easy or fast way out. His quality shows for sure. Just ask him and see what he says. He told me to wait till I get a few more dents/scratches to make It worth it, then bring It in.

That's how I am.. two small dents on my passenger bedside.. small, only noticeable at an angle, but i know they are there. Lol ill wait till I get more scratches and just get the whole thing fixed and painted. I'm super stoked to get my grill and lower valence professionally painted tho. gonna look sweet.

Oh, he also does rhino/bed liner. Their two company trucks (big lifted ford diesels) have the bed kiner all the way along the kick panels. Looks sweet. We were talking about maybe doing that on my truck where the orange peel is.. would look good with black and white theme too.

That would be sweet but I'm looking at going double cab in the next couple years and figure it may lower my resale even more than it will be with suspension lift and glass

Meant the liner. It sucks money wise but I really enjoy putting the work in on the project my s10 was a blast to build and surprised the shit out of people with how it handled when I was done. Unfortunately I haven't had the truck for even a year yet so I would take a big hit trading it in now I'm assuming plus I'm switching jobs so financing will be harder due to lack of work history with this company

Yea this taco was all I could afford at the time and needed a truck like a week before I bought it. I still plan on keeping it for awhile so I can put down a nice down payment and me and my girlfriend are looking at getting our own place. Getting out on our own > new truck to beat on
